Yes, typically, the warranty on parts is one year and five years for compressors. Please consult
What is an inverter air-conditioner?
An inverter air-conditioner is one which is able to respond to the temperature of the environment and change its speed of the compressors accordingly. Thus saving on electricity costs.
Why should I maintain my air-conditioner regularly?
Maintaining it regularly will lessen the frequency of water leakage and need for repair. It also lengthens the lifespan of the equipment. The air-conditioner will also work more efficiently and consume less energy.
What is the recommended number of times for maintenance?
Typically, it is good to service residential air-conditioner around three to four times per year and every month for commercial ones. However, this period will differ according to the amount of usage. Thus, it is best to consult our specialists for further assistance.
What should I do in order to maintain my air-conditioner?
You should clean the external surface and the air filters of the air-conditioner once every 2 weeks to avoid accumulation of dust, which blocks the way of cold air.
Why is my air-conditioner leaking water?
Typically, water condenses on the inner fan coil and is drained through the drainage pipe. If the pipe is blocked, water is trapped, causing it to leak.
Why is my air-conditioner making noises?
The blower or inner fan coil of the air-conditioner may be dirty, causing vibration noises. Other reasons may include loose or defective components.
Why is there no cold air blowing from my air-conditioner?
Reasons include:
• Dirty air filter
• Blockage of inner unit
• Defective components
• Temperature set too high
Why is my air-conditioner producing a bad smell?
Environmental causes such as the smells of cigarettes may be taken in by the unit. Such smells are released along with the airflow. It is best to consult our specialists when such situations happen.
Why does my air-conditioner switches on and off by itself?
It could be due to a defective electronic circuit board which operates the fan coil unit.
My air-conditioner switches off by itself and blinking lights appear. What is this so?
This is the air-conditioner’s signal to you that it is defective. It is best to consult our specialists for further assistance.
My remote control is not working even though the battery is full. Why is this so?
The electronic circuit board or the remote control itself could be spoilt.
What is the optimal air-conditioner temperature to be set?
Generally, 25-26 °C is optimum. A mere 1°C increase can raise your operating costs up by 15%.
